I’ve always had a natural desire to help and heal. Earning my Master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling gave me the education and real-world experience to support meaningful, long-term change in relationships.
My training centered on couples, both married and unmarried, as well as family dynamics. I also spent significant time working in an in-patient addiction treatment facility for men, which strengthened my understanding of communication, attachment, recovery, and relational patterns.
With over 1,000 clinical sessions under my belt, I'm here to help you heal and grow. As a certified Facilitator, I'm trained to help individuals and couples build strong, healthy relationships.
